At Vose, we believe the most memorable moments are rooted in connection—whether through nature, thoughtful design, or shared meals.  Our private dining options, curated in partnership with Chef Britta Kramer of Private Palate, invite guests to gather over nourishing, seasonal, and beautifully prepared food during their stays.

PRIVATE IN-HOME DINING

A fully customized, multi-course gourmet experience.
 
Chef Kramer and her team prepare a beautiful culinary evening from beginning to end, including personalized menu planning, sourcing the freshest local and seasonal ingredients, thoughtful wine, cocktail, and non-alcoholic beverage pairings, complete on-site preparation, plating, and clean up.  



Rates start at $1,500 for a maximum of 8 guests. 



VOSE PROVISONS

For a more flexible yet still elevated experiences, guests can enjoy chef-prepared meals delivered directly to the Asher.   

These gourmet offerings feature seasonal, wellness-forward dishes, delivered with simple reheating and plating instructions —allowing guests to enjoy a nourishing, elevated meal with minimal effort and maximum comfort.

The Provisions menus change seasonally to ensure each meal reflects the freshest local ingredients and are all subject to availability.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

Absolutely.  Private dining menus are entirely customizable and can accommodate allergies, sensitivities, and preferences including vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and more.  For the Provision meals, we offer several options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert, including vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options. 

Please note: the kitchen uses nuts and while every effort will be made to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a nut-free environment.

How far in advance should we reserve?

We recommend booking in-home private dining as soon as possible to allow for personalized menu planning and ingredient sourcing.  For Provisions meals, meals must be ordered at least 7 days in advance.  We do everything possible to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability. 

[TO REVISE SUBJECT TO BRITTA'S INPUT] Given the complexity of the menu and time involved, private dining starts at $1,500 for 8 guests, excluding alcohol.   For Provisions meals, options start at $XX for two (2) guests.... 

Yes. Chef Kramer can provide thoughtful wine, cocktail, and non-alcoholic pairings to accompany your meal.  Alcoholic beverages can be included in your dining package and will be selected to complement your custom menu.

What is the typical cost?

To order a private dinner or a Provisions meal, simply let us know your interest when booking your stay or planning your visit, and we’ll connect you with Chef Kramer to discuss ordering and delivery (if applicable).  For Provisions meals, guests may elect to have them delivered ahead of their stay so meals are ready when they arrive or another date during your stay. 

Provisions menus are set seasonally and thoughtfully crafted in advance, but are subject to change based on the availability of fresh, local ingredients.  All offerings are made to order and based on Chef Kramer and her team's availability, so we recommend reaching out as early as possible to place an order and reserve your preferred date.  Please email us at britta.kramer@privatepalate.com or info@stayvose.com to discuss ordering.
