By booking, guests understand, and agree to accept full responsibility for any bodily injuries, damages, or losses arising out of, or incurred, while using a Field & Lake property and hold Field & Lake LLC, its members, and the property owners (“Covered Parties”) harmless for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained while using a Field and Lake property or Lake Michigan. Guests understand that access to, and the use of, Lake Michigan, the hot tub, fire pit, and lakeside rock walls is at your own risk and agree that children must be carefully supervised while on the property and around Lake Michigan. Guests agree to waive any claim whatsoever against all Covered Parties for any accidents or claims incurred during their use of a Field & Lake property. Guests, including all guests in a party, acknowledge and agree that by booking, they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge this agreement constitutes a binding and enforceable contract.
